Develop and optimize workforce isn’t just one thing. Its multiple factors working together in action to support a greater outcome: more satisfied customers and more productive employees. By taking a customer-first approach and looking at the overall business operations to develop manpower resource plan and optimise team performance. It is important to recruit the right person in the customer-centric organisation to have the knowledge to develop manpower resource plan and optimise team performance.Workforce optimization is information. While it is working smarter, it’s also working better and faster, with the right resources in the right place at the right time, and the right supporting technology providing the right data. It’s connecting all the dots between the information and the people who need it most.

This course aims to educate individuals, to improve company morale and optimise workforce to ensure high performance standards and high productivity which results in better customer satisfaction indicators.

Course Introduction

This course will help learners acquire the ability:

  • To develop manpower plan in line with organisation’s vision, mission, values and service operations plan
  • To evaluate employee’s performance and overall contribution in line with service operations plan
  • To analyse gap in current job scope and aim to enhance workforce productivity
  • To communicate manpower plan and changes to achieve service excellence

Admission Criteria

Minimum Age： 16

For Local Students

  • Minimum 1 GCE O-level; OR
  • NITEC or Higher NITEC; OR
  • Mature candidates (≥ 30 years old with 8 years work experience); OR
  • Candidates with other qualifications will be assessed on case-by-case basis

For International Students

  • Completion of Year 10; OR
  • Completion of below Year 10 will be considered if it is an official completion of High School in the country of origin; OR
  • Other private or foreign qualifications will be assessed on case-by-case basis

English language requirement:

  • Grade C6 in any GCE O-level subjects conducted in English, OR
  • Academic Level: Any 3 subjects pass N (A) level is grade 5 and above or N(T) level as grade D and above

Course Fees: S$890

Award of Certificate:
Upon successful completion of coursework and examination, and a minimum of 75% attendance, students will be awarded a WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA) and Certificate by Golden Compass School.
