Career development is a self-initiated process with support and resources provided by managers and the organization.  At Golden Compass School, we use a 5-part model of career development to help you organize your career development planning activities.

Acquire relevant innovation digital skills through our Industrial Programme and get up to $800 monthly training allowance while undergoing a min 3-month full-time training.

Objective:
The course aims to develop students’ awareness of international service, instill proper employment outlook, and guide them through personal career development plan. So that students understand the job market in Singapore, basic skills employment, not only can improve the success rate of the Singapore job interviews, they can also return to employment increase competitive advantage.

Admission Criteria

  • Professionals who are employed in tourism-related service industries, such as hotel services, restaurants, spas, travel and tourism services, attractions, convention and retail.
  • Graduates (ITE, Polytechnics, Universities) who need guidance in identifying their career interests.

Duration: 7 to 14 days (customised programme)
